"CAA app is a piece of crap….every time…"
CAA app is a piece of crap….every time I want to login it says invalid credentials….go to forgot password….change to the same one I have used for years…voila….their app needs major work…thinking of changing to another provider like Canadian Tire

Took 2 hours before I got an update on my service, then took another 30mins for them to show up. I was originally told 20-30mins.

"Not worth the month/bad service"
Not worth the money. Service is awful. Had someone refuse to send assistance to our vehicle and then they hung up on me without trying to work with me to resolve the issue.

DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AS A TOW TRUCK DRIVER. FUEL COSTS ARE ON YOU, AS WELL AS INSURANCE AND TRUCK MAINTENANCE. PAYMENT IS COMMISSION BASED ONLY. AND THE COMMISSION RATES THEY OFFER ARE SLAVE RATES. AND YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE DISRESPECTED BY DISPATCH. CAA WILL NEVER BOTHER HEARING THE COMPLAINTS THAT YOU HAVE. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SLAVES ONLY

"Bad service."
I spoke with 2 people. one of them
Was named jas. None of them was able to help me. Very bad service. Lack of communication between their employees. I don’t recommend this for anyone.

"Did not know my membership had expired"
Did not know my membership had expired. Blew out a tire on the highway. I renewed my membership and they refused to pick up my vehicle and left me on the side of the highway for 24 hours. Bad business!

3 hours on the phone to get a tow 600 meters
Maybe hire humans to answer your phones

I called to get a tow talked to the dispatch and was appalled to find out the driver has the option to charge from 1$ to 4.50$ depending on how he feels. How is this a membership when your tow truck drivers can charge whatever the feel is gonna put money in their pocket? Why not a set price on km. And to say gas prices is bull as gas has been steady for last 6 months. Complete BS much better membership elsewhere I will be cancelling all our memberships

"Terrible drivers"
Terrible drivers. Called multiple times for a 3 ft pull out of a car at the end of my driveway. 3 drivers refused and the last one made it worse wouldn't move his truck to where I told him he had to be claiming the snowbanks were a problem then left. On the phone they told me all these count as service calls even though they did nothing. Pretty ridiculous considering I get the top package every year and never use it. They need to screen drivers because the ones they have shouldn't be drivers.

"CAA Stittsville"
CAA Stittsville.
What an uncomfortable experience from Glen. I was made to feel incompetent and unprepared.
I was belittled during our conversation, when I was trying to branch out of my comfort zone to take over my car Insurance for the first time. Without grace or kind guidance, to help me do so, I left this experience feeling bad.
Definitely would not recommend and they lost a new customer because of the awful customer service.

"CAA travel, first and last time user."
Hi,
First time user of CAA travel experience. Booked two different hotels on January 21st, for personal reason, I have cancelled both reservation of the cancellation before the deadlines, over 72 hours ahead. CAA told me that I should get my money back between 48 to 72hrs and here we go. So between January 29 to February 24, I have followed up 8 times with CAA travel before getting my money back, and on top of all this aggravations, they under reimbursed me by $151.99. Hopefully this review will help others to shop around before using CAA travel.

"Car wasn't starting called around 10pm…"
Car wasn't starting called around 10pm and was told someone will contact me shortly, 2 hours later I called back to inform them it's minus weather outside and I'm still waiting only to be told it's with dispatch and nobody can give me an estimate, it's now almost 3 hours and still nothing CAA is a joke I don't advise anyone to get it

"CAA service is a joke"
CAA service is a joke. I got flat tire and called CAA around 5:40 in the morning and expected assistance time was 6:26am.
Its 6:26 and no body hasn’t dispatched yet.
Dont know when they will come.
Really disappointed with the service.


Update: after an hour I got a call from them and told me it will be another 1 hours. Guess what I had to change the tire by myself.
Honestly I am going to cancel it now.
