Awesome delivery and safety measures from the driver. The tow truck operator was top-notch! I was really impressed by all that went down today in Hamilton.
"CAA app is really frustrating..."
The CAA app is just terrible...every single time I try to log in, it tells me my credentials are wrong...I hit the forgot password option...reset it to the same one I've been using forever...and boom...this app seriously needs some serious improvements...I'm considering switching to a different provider, maybe Canadian Tire.

"Waited 2 hours for an update on..."
I waited 2 hours before receiving any news about my service, and then it took another 30 minutes for them to arrive. Initially, I was informed it would be 20-30 minutes.
"Poor service and not worth the cash"
Definitely not worth the cash. The service is terrible. I had a person deny help for our car and then they just hung up on me without even attempting to sort out the problem.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE A TOW TRUCK DRIVER"
I strongly advise against working for this company as a tow truck driver. You’ll be stuck covering fuel expenses, insurance, and keeping the truck in shape. The pay? It's all commission-based, and let me tell you, the rates they provide are downright insulting. Plus, expect to be treated poorly by dispatch. CAA won’t care about any complaints you might have. They’re just after people willing to work for peanuts.

"Terrible customer support."
I had a chat with a couple of folks. One was called Jas. Neither of them could assist me. The service was really poor. There’s a serious communication gap among their staff. I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

"Unaware of My Membership Expiration"
I had no clue my membership was no longer valid. Got a flat tire while driving on the highway. After renewing my membership, they wouldn’t come to get my car and left me stranded for a whole day. Terrible service!

"Terrible service, the worst I've encountered..."
This service is absolutely dreadful, the worst I've ever dealt with in any area. I spent 3 hours on the phone just to arrange a tow for 600 meters. How about hiring some actual people to pick up the phone? What a complete waste of time and cash.

"Disappointed with the Towing Service"
I reached out for a tow and spoke with the dispatch, only to be shocked to learn that the driver can charge anywhere from $1 to $4.50 based on his mood. How can this be considered a membership when the tow truck operators can set their own prices just to line their pockets? Why not establish a fixed rate per kilometer? And claiming gas prices as a reason is nonsense since fuel costs have been stable for the past six months. This is total BS; there are way better membership options out there. I’m definitely going to cancel all our memberships.

"Awful Tow Truck Experience"
Awful tow truck experience. I called several times for a simple 3 ft pull to get a car out from my driveway. Three different drivers turned me down, and the last one made things worse by refusing to reposition his truck, saying the snowbanks were an issue, then he just took off. When I called, they said all these instances count as service calls, even though nothing was done. It's pretty absurd, especially since I pay for the top package every year and hardly ever use it. They really ought to vet their drivers better because the ones they have shouldn't be on the road.

"CAA Stittsville Experience"
CAA Stittsville. Man, what a rough time I had with Glen. He really made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. During our chat, I felt belittled while I was just trying to step out of my comfort zone and handle my car insurance for the first time. There was no kindness or helpful advice offered, and I walked away feeling pretty down about it. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this place; they lost a potential new customer due to their terrible service.

"My Experience with CAA Travel: Never Again"
Hey there,
This was my first time using CAA travel. I booked two hotels on January 21st, but due to personal reasons, I had to cancel both reservations well before the deadline, over 72 hours in advance. CAA informed me that I’d receive my refund within 48 to 72 hours, but that was just the start of my troubles. From January 29 to February 24, I reached out to CAA travel eight times before finally getting my money back. To top it all off, they shortchanged me by $151.99. I really hope this review helps others think twice before choosing CAA travel.

"Car wouldn't start, called late at night..."
My car wouldn't start, so I reached out around 10 PM. They said someone would get back to me soon, but after two hours, I had to call again. I mentioned it was freezing outside and I was still waiting. They told me it was with dispatch, but no one could provide an estimate. Now, it's nearly three hours later and I'm still in the dark. Honestly, CAA is a joke; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

"CAA Assistance is a Disappointment"
CAA assistance is a real letdown. I had a flat tire and reached out to CAA at about 5:40 AM, thinking help would arrive by 6:26 AM. Well, it hit 6:26 and nobody had shown up yet. I’m left wondering when they’ll actually get here. Super disappointed with how this turned out.
Update: After waiting an hour, I finally got a call from them saying it would be another hour. Can you believe it? I ended up having to change the tire myself. Honestly, I’m thinking about canceling my membership now.
